This is the base pattern of the Rathalos and Fatalis style leg armor and tasset. The leg armor template makes for an excellent foundation for many different styles of armor. Made out of 4mm-6mm foam, it can be used for LARP, cosplay, or any other costumed occasion. The pattern is fairly self-explanatory, just tape all the pages together and cut out the shapes. The four parts included are the thigh, knee, lower leg, and foot armor. The tasset is a basic pattern for the skirt part of the rathalos or fatalis sets from the original games. The codpiece is patterned off of the Monster Hunter World fatalis set.
I recommend using 4mm foam unless otherwise stated on the template. Be sure to sure to measure your calf circumference before you cut out the lower leg pieces. The regular template is designed for a 17" calf. Anything larger than that will require some additions but you should be able to manage!
If you are significantly larger or smaller than average, you might experiment with increasing the print size to 110% or reducing to 90%. This may require larger paper to accommodate each pattern.
