This is the base pattern of the Rathian style pauldrons. The pauldrons template makes for an excellent foundation for many different styles of shoulder armor. Made out of 4mm-6mm foam, it can be used for LARP, cosplay, or any other costumed occasion. The pattern is fairly self-explanatory, just tape all the pages together and cut out the shapes. Each row contains 4 pages, and there are two rows, so the 8 sheets will make a 4x2. I recommend using 4mm foam. The pauldrons are composed of three main parts, the top, middle, and center. Any combination of the parts makes for a pretty neat set of pauldrons. They are a little tricky to glue together, so I recommend using the masking tape and hot glue method. Sizing - The pauldrons are full sized so for folks of smaller stature, it's not a bad idea to scale down accordingly. For a person around 6', 100% and for a person around 5', as low as 75%.
